Pilgrimage of Faith at Fond du Lac-2004
Members of the Anglican Church in American (ACA) and the Traditional Anglican Communion (TAC), to which the ACA is a founding member, were invited to attend a "Pilgrimage of Faith" in Fond du Lac Wisconsin by Prime Bishop Robert Morse of the Anglican Province of Christ the King (APCK). Our own TAC Primate Archbishop John Hepworth and ACA Primate (and former TAC Primate) Archbishop Louis Falk attended the Pilgrimage. Archbishops Hepworth and Falk had an opportunity to meet Archbishop Morse while attending the pilgrimage. Dioceson bishops from both American jurisdictions had an opportunity to meet one another as well. Many clergy, including some from the Anglican Catholic Church, joined lay people in participation of various events over the three day long pilgrimage. Daily events included Morning and Evening Prayer and celebration of Mass. In addition, various presentations and a seminar were given. On the last day a procession through the streets of Fond du Lac, followed by Mass and a litany at the tomb of Bishop Charles Grafton completed the pilgrimage. Father David Moyer from Forward in Faith-North America and Father David Chislett from Forward in Faith-Australia were in attendance. Both Forward in Faith groups have a formal relationship with the TAC/ACA. The pilgrimage provided an opportunity for many to get to know each other a little better through prayer and fellowship. The pictures provided below were taken by me (or at least on my camera) at various times during the event.
